Petrina Tebor"s career in the mechanical HVAC Hygiene field was inspired in the United Kingdom where her asthmatic condition was adversely affected by mold.


In Florida, Petrina obtained her state air conditioning license in 1995, qualifying Air Duct Aseptics as a full service HVAC remediation company. Petrina is a Certified Indoor Environmentalist and a State Licensed Mold Remediator. Petrina continues her education throughout the year for the purpose of earning recertification for the following:

2011 – State licensed Mold Remediator

Michael Tebor's career in indoor environmental remediation and controls spans over 35 years. Michael began his career in a Coca Cola manufacturing plant where he wasin charge  of microbiology and equipment sanitation.


Michaels’ college level air conditioning and psychometric studies, and his experience in performing thousands of microbiological tests assisted him in founding Air Duct Aseptics in 1990. Through the years, Michael earned the required certifications and licensing to perform Indoor Air Quality testing, HVAC cleaning and mold remediation. Michael continues his education throughout the year for the purpose of earning recertification for the following disciplines:

Gregg McGee
Auburndale, Florida
After many years in the food service management in New England, Gregg joined A.D.A. in November 1994 and is A.D.A.’s General Operations Manager.
Gregg began his career with Air Duct Aseptics as a residential crew leader in South Florida and soon was managing work crews on larger residential and commercial projects. From condominiums to mansions, to the largest commercial buildings, Gregg demonstrated his willingness and ability to learn and constantly achieves a high degree of customer satisfaction. In 2015, Gregg was promoted to Vice President of Sales/Operations. Gregg is a Certified Indoor Environmentalist, a Certified Air Systems Cleaning Specialist, a Ventilation Systems Mold Remediator and a Certified Mold Remediator. Gregg continues his education throughout the year for the purpose of earning recertification for the following:

Charles Tino

Charles joined A.D.A. in January 1995 and is Operations Manager for Florida.


Charles began his career as a technician and soon was promoted to Crew Leader on residential crews. From condominiums to the largest buildings, Charles demonstrated his willingness to learn and achieves a high level of success on post-work clearance. In 2017, Charles was promoted to Operations Manager and is charged with overseeing all field operations. Charles is a Certified Air Systems Cleaning Specialist and a Ventilation Systems Mold Remediator. Charles continues his education throughout the year for the purpose of earning recertification for the following:
